We currently have vacancies for Reservations Consultants in our office on the corner of Newman Street and Oxford Street.

Applicants should have a passion for travel, a friendly outgoing personality and enjoy helping customers to find their ideal flights and hotels at the best possible prices.

The successful applicants will join a small friendly team who sell flights and package holidays direct to our customers both face to face and over the telephone. 
 
The role entails –
Answering calls in a professional yet friendly manner and delivering outstanding customer service on every call
Maximising sales opportunities for flights and extras; Hotels, Transfers, Tours etc.
Following up on enquiries
Meeting targets on a monthly basis
 
Skills & Experience required –
Applicants should be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Previous experience of working in a customer driven environment
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self motivated, customer focussed, numerate, positive attitude
 
Previous experience of selling flights and using a GDS is desirable however not essential as full training will be given.  

Working hours are Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30 or 09:30-18:00 by rota, plus one Saturday in three, 09:30-13:00.
20 Days annual leave.
Salary is dependant on experience plus generous target driven bonus scheme.
